A word about our leader
Leading with compassion
Mr Lawrence Ogla is the Managing Director of Lawrence Orphanage Foundation. He oversees the day-to-day running of the home, from the welfare of every child to the relationships with partners and well-wishers who make the work possible.
His passion for orphaned and vulnerable children flows from a simple conviction: no child should face life alone. Under his leadership, the foundation continues to open its doors to children who have lost their parents, been abandoned, or are in need of care and protection, giving them shelter, food, education and, above all, love.
He believes that with the right support, every child in the home can grow up to become a responsible, independent adult who will in turn be a blessing to others.

Keeping every child in school is the surest path out of poverty and towards independence.
